The renovation of warehouse space into shops and offices will result in the largest professional production facility of any regional theatre in the United States. The Center for Theatre Production includes massive rooms for creating sets (56-foot ceilings), costumes and props, alongside three new rehearsal spaces. The Center will also house the Alley´s artistic, production and administrative offices as well as a boardroom, staff cantina, script library and archive room.
