Market Street received the HBJ Landmark Award 2006 for Best Retail Development. This mixed use development consists of 16 building groups containing 371,225 sf of retail and restaurant uses, and 88,475 sf of second and third level office space, for a total of 459,700 sf gross building area. The project also includes a 200,000 sf parking garage.

IAN+A’s scope of work included MEP engineering design of the services to each shell building and the site work, which included: 1) Coordination with the Civil Engineer to establish the routing of on site "dry" and "wet" utilities including, but not limited to, electric, telephone, gas, cable TV, data communications, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water and fire water throughout the site to connection points at a point five feet outside each shell building, parking garage, and to designated outdoor locations within the site, such as to future kiosks and entertainment venues. 2) Services and circuiting to all site, building and landscape lighting and signage (general parking lot, building decorative, security and landscape lighting, and monument signs).
