About
With IAN+A since 2000, Mr. Leach has managed mechanical design of new call centers for Verizon and Shell; trading floors for Chase and BP; and tenant renovations at 1100 Louisiana, One and Two Shell Plaza, Three Allen Center and the Shell Information Center. Prior to joining I.A. Naman + Associates, Leach provided mechanical designs and energy studies for university, K-12 school, hospital, laboratory, clean room and airport terminal projects.
Project Contributions
This five building campus will help American Airlines move into the 21st century and accommodate the increase in headcount after the merger with USAir. The campus is 100% open plan and features underfloor air distribution systems throughout, a 5,000 ton central plant with expansion capabilities for a future building, 4kV, 12kV and 25kV primary electrical distribution systems and a very complex fire alarm and atrium smoke control system.View Project
